Alexandria, Virginia. Secure Development World would like to announce the opportunity to submit papers and/or presentations for the selection by the Secure Development World Presentation committee. Secure Development World, a conference dedicated to secure software development and programming, will be held at the Hilton Mark Center on March 25th though 26th, 2008. This monumental event will bring the elite in the Secure Software Development industry together to share best practices and technological innovations with an audience of hundreds of attendees, comprised of software developers, development managers, quality assurance engineers, and application security specialists.

As a token of our gratitude, Secure Development World extends free registration for our conference and access to the Cocktail Hour to the creators of all of our selected papers/presentations. Secure Development World plans to facilitate 5 separate Tracks for Presentations: Programming and Scripting Security, Attacking Secure Applications, Enterprise Application Defense, SDLC/Management/Developmental Process, and Secure Software Tips & Tricks. For each paper/presentation, please select a maximum of 2 potential categories which you believe best epitomizes the theme of your submission. Each breakout session is expected to last approximately 45 minutes to 75 minutes.

We encourage all applicants to submit material that is demonstrative and interactive. Paper proposals must be submitted by October 15, 2007 Once received, our Presentation Committee will notify those whose submissions have been selected for use at Secure Development World. Should the Committee require further clarification, a representative may contact you for supplemental information. Slides for selected proposals must be submitted by January 15, 2008. Secure Development World does not guarantee acceptance of any paper/presentation submitted.
